No Equation balancer

I installed Kalzium on Fedora 36 Silverblue as a Flatpack using Flathub. In the installed app there is not the Equation balancer. Also the Molecular editor is deactivated (it is in grey and not in black).

How can I have the Equation balancer in my Flatpack Kalzium? And how can I turn on the Molecular editor feature?

I just perfomerd a new Kalzium installation on Fedora 36 Silverblue using DNF in a Toolbox. 

The Equation balancer is present and the Molecular editor works. So, bugs are related to the flatpack version of Kalzium.  

Flatpack Kalzium is version 22.04.2. 

Toolbox DNF Kalzium is version 21.12.2.
