STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open right channel user list sidebar
2. Filter with some text
3. Switch channels

OBSERVED RESULT
Filter is kept

EXPECTED RESULT
Filter is not kept

MR was merged, I can't replicate the issue anymore.
