SUMMARY

I still have my launch pb under windows 11 
The installation and uninstallation goes well but the launch does not, only a window screen command display and disappear then digikam hangs and no start

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Win11
2. Install Digikam
3. start debugview
4  Start Digikam

The problem on Windows 11 has been reported several times. But digiKam runs on Windows 11 here and at many users. The reason why it doesn't start is currently unknown. After a fresh Windows 11 installation it always works. Disable antivirus programs and others.

Pb résolu.
J'ai  fait une nouvelle installation de WIN11 depuis le cloud en formattant le C: Depuis l'application Digikam fonctionne de nouveau.
Un peu lourd et long comme solution ...

Problem solved.
I did a fresh install of WIN11 from the cloud by formatting the C: Since the Digikam app is working again.
A bit heavy and long as a solution...
