SUMMARY
Currently, video playback is not implemented

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open neochat
2. Send a video to a room
3. Try to open the video in-app

OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes a quick loading bar appears, except from that, nothing.

EXPECTED RESULT
The video should play in-app

Windows: 10 21H1
Linux: Arch Linux
NeoChat Version: 22.04
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.94.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2 / 5.15.4

You're probably missing some codecs

(though, to be fair, the player is really bad, but that's a different problem)

Looking back, might have been internet issues too, as it did recently work for me on my Linux setup.
