Description Jan Bidler 2022-06-07 19:42:25 UTC
SUMMARY
If one has multiple NeoChat windows open (not instances), those are not shown in the Windows Taskbar.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a Room in a new window
2. Open the Settings
3. Hover over the neochat icon in the taskbar

OBSERVED RESULT
I cannot switch the preferred window, i.e. the room I opened.

EXPECTED RESULT
I should be able to switch between the exact window I want to open.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10 21H1
NeoChat Version: 22.04
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.94.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Worth noting, that they don't appear during alt-tabbing either.

After testing something unrelated out, turns out that new windows visible via taskbar *are* created, they're just very quickly dismissed for whatever reason.

That's just how windows handles multiple windows existing for a single application, apparently?
