STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a touchpad (Synaptics in this case)

OBSERVED RESULT
The "enabled" property in touchpadxlibinputrc has the opposite value of the touchpad and the Touchpad's menu checkbox

EXPECTED RESULT
The Touchpad's menu "enabled" checkbox, the actual function of the touchpad, and the "enabled" property in the KDE settings file should match

Hello! This bug report concerns the Synaptics version of the Touchpad page, which is no longer supported in Plasma 6. And the feature it's reporting a bug in isn't present in the Libinput version. Closing.
