STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Discover
2. hover over 'Up to date', slightly move mouse pointer horizontally until the blue highlight disappears and then click
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
sidebar collapses. Please watch the attached screen recording.

EXPECTED RESULT
observed result should not occur

Cannot reproduce with current git master. I recall this bug in the past but also recall it being fixed...

Nope, I was wrong, it wasn't fixed. See Bug 452838.

Still, I'm not certain why I can't reproduce it in Discover.
