SUMMARY
'Add property to the rule' popup disappears partially or completely by doing a search.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System settings/Window management/Window rules/Add new or 
2. Click on Add property
3. Type on Search input some criteria

OBSERVED RESULT
'Add property to the rule' popup disappears partially or completely, according if the criteria is find or not.

EXPECTED RESULT
'Add property to the rule' popup doesn't disappear.

This is fixed in Frameworks 5.95 already.

This is happening again in 5.27.8
