wallpaper delete button disaperearing on tab switch

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "Configure Desktop & Wallpaper" dialog and use the "Image" wallpaper plugin
2.  Move away from the "Wallpaper" tab to e.g. "Mouse Actions" and back to "Wallpaper"
3. Try to delete a user wallpaper

OBSERVED RESULT

The delete button isn't shown and wallpapers can't be deleted.

EXPECTED RESULT

The delete button should be shown.

Can't reproduce in master, which has a refactored wallpaper plugin.

Also cannot reproduce on master.

The refactor can't easily be backported, so let's call it fixed in 5.26.
