SUMMARY
Open Klipper at Mouse Position doesn't actually open at mouse postion. It opens in the middle of the screen


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Trigger "Open Klipper at Mouse Position"

OBSERVED RESULT
The menu doesn't open at mouse position

EXPECTED RESULT
It should open at mouse position

This should be fixed in 5.25
