SUMMARY
Just after I select any of items in "browse view" I cannot do any rotate operation for selected items.  I need to click every one and rotate one by one. This is really dull and not comfortable activity when we have dozen pictures to rotate.
Please notice that every rotated in this way picture are saved correctly, so I don't understand why rotate is missing for selected group of pictures.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. select couple pictures
2. check if rotate operation is possible
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
rotate operation is not possible

EXPECTED RESULT
rotate operation should be possible

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma:

KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.94
Qt Version: 5.15.4 with recent kde patches
