Description Matej Starc 2022-05-28 10:38:51 UTC
SUMMARY
Right and bottom sides glitch out when resizing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any app (I tested it with dolphin, neochat, and some others)
2. Try resizing from top left corner.

OBSERVED RESULT
Right and bottom side expand in size and return to the intended size.
Bug video: https://cloud.aljaxus.eu/index.php/s/gXbtWrLRRjNz9z7

EXPECTED RESULT
Right and bottom size should not resize because we are resizing from top left corner.
Konsole does not experience this bug when I tested it.

Weird. I have all drivers installed, so drivers shouldn't be an issue.

I see the same behavior with Discover, Dolphin, Firefox and Neochat; not with Kate though.

This has been fixed in Qt 6. Some QtQuick apps still have weird resize glitches but that also needs to be fixed in Qt, so I'm closing this
