mesa-demo is well installed. It was working well with 5.24.4.

As the error message says, a new package is required but not installed. You will need to install it yourself and report this to your distro, asking them to install it by default. Is there anything about that error message that was confusing to you? To me is very clear. But if it wasn't clear to you, we need to make it more clear.
A i said in my comments : - mesa-demo is well installed thus eglinfo. - no problem with 5.24.5 using manually sudo /usr/lib64/mesa-demos/egl/opengl/eglinfo works well.
