STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I'm not sure how it got in this state
2. Browse albums
3. Play a song from an album

OBSERVED RESULT
For step 2, there will be album art for album A that appears with the album title of album B.
For step 3, it will say it's playing song A but it's actually playing song B.

EXPECTED RESULT
Album art matches the actual albums.
Song titles match the song contents.

I should add that the music is on an exfat filesystem. Not sure if that matters.
