control panel

SUMMARY

today when opening my kde session then i saw that my control panel has almost disappeared

I tried to recreate the control panel but each time I close then open my KDE session, the control panel has almost disappeared

See the  capture

another problem : when adding a new control panel, it is inverted (left to right)
