SUMMARY
Every window don't need to have mimimize or miximize function. We should limit it. Visually it looks distorted when maximized & minimize don't have any use case.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Settings
2. In khamburger menu open About System Settings
3. It can be minimized or maximized.
