Hi

Can we please add the ability to print documentation in one fell swoop to KHelpCenter?  Printing out section by section is a waste of time I think and this feature is very easy Coolo suggested the following would work:

meinproc --stylesheet 
$KDEDIR/share/apps/ksgmltools2/customization/kde-nochunk.xsl index.docbook

Also is there some way to block the "Next"/"Prev" and other non-printing-type stuff when printing?  I have sent a mail to kde-docbook as well about this.
