SUMMARY For the last 2-3 weeks it happened maybe something like 3 times. Plasmashell being killed by earlyoom. Last time it was using just over 3000 MBs RAM. Unfortunately there isn't really enough information here to do anything. We'll need to know what part of Plasma exactly is using too much memory. Can you disable your widgets one-by-one until you find it? If that doesn't help, you can try incrementally changing any non-default settings back to default settings. e.g. use a plain image wallpaper, use the standard Breeze Plasma and icon themes, and so on.
