STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Colors KCM
2. switch accent color mode from 'From current color scheme' to 'From current wallpaper'
3. click on 'Apply' button
4. revert to 'From current color scheme' mode
5. click on 'Apply' button
6. go to another KCM and go back to Colors KCM

OBSERVED RESULT
accent mode is 'From current color scheme' on opening but it changes itself to 'From current wallpaper' after a few milliseconds

EXPECTED RESULT
all accent color modes should be applied correctly
