Try applying the normal breeze global theme and see if it fixes this issue. I'm on Arch Wayland too and I cannot reproduce this issue. Created attachment 149117 [details] the issue continues to occur on default breeze
(In reply to Phos from comment #1) > Try applying the normal breeze global theme and see if it fixes this issue. > I'm on Arch Wayland too and I cannot reproduce this issue. I added an attachment showing it continue to occur on the default Breeze desktop. Additionally, I figured out that this issue not only occurs in Dolphin, but also in the System Settings, as shown in the video. It seems to occur in any KDE-native right click menu. Could you move this bug report to the relevant category? I'm not sure which it would apply to now, but it's clearly not Dolphin specific. Thank you!
Try deleting plasma's cache in ~/.cache/kde and restarting. Does it fix this issue?
(In reply to Phos from comment #4) > Try deleting plasma's cache in ~/.cache/kde and restarting. > Does it fix this issue? There wasn't a ~/.cache/kde folder, but there were a number of kde-related folders in ~/.cache (e.g. kwin, plasmashell, etc.). To make sure I got them all, I deleted every folder in ~/.cache and restarted. The bug persists with no changes. Notably, I recently had to format my drive and re-install everything from scratch; the issue was present both before and after doing this, occurring on both installations. So it's not an issue of temporary/cache files.

(In reply to martin.ribotdebressac from comment #8) Thanks for the info! Perhaps this is an AMD-specific issue, since Phos is on an Intel integrated GPU, while both you and I are on an AMD 5800 series GPU. Notably, I've noticed that this issue occurs in the menus in LibreOffice and Kontact (referring to File, Edit, View, etc.)
This is a Qt issue: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-49663
