SUMMARY Cannot change user avatar through System Settings. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Launch System Settings through kickoff menu. 2. Go to "Users" Page. 3. Click on the current avatar and chose an image from the grid. 4. Click "Apply", enter password as needed. OBSERVED RESULT The avatar turned to the former one. A banner appeared saying that there was an error. The avatar in the kickoff menu and SDDM wasn't changed at all. EXPECTED RESULT The user avatar can be changed immediately without any errors.
