incorrect tile

SUMMARY
When using quick tile with System Settings, some parts of the windows go off when tiling to the right and the quick tile size is larger than it should be.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Quick tile system settings to wherever quick tile supports
2. The window is larger than it should be when quick tiled.
3. If right, parts of the window are off the screen

OBSERVED RESULT
System Settings is larger when tiled and is sometimes off the screen

EXPECTED RESULT
System Settings should be normal sized when tiled and not go off the screen
