STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. when a crash notification appears, click on its 'Report bug' button
2. click on 'Restart application' button of drkonqi crash reporter
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens - reproduced after crashes of Dolphin and System Settings.
There is no clue in journalctl log.

EXPECTED RESULT
'Restart application' button should do what it says
