Screenrecording

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Two screens: 2k@100% (A) and 4k@200% (B)
2. Systemsettings Workspace Effects window opened maximized on A
3. Filter for "paint"
4. Move the window to screen B (by dragging), so it becomes maximized on B again
5. Clean the filter

OBSERVED RESULT
In some cases there are now two headings "Tools", each for "Show FPS" and "Show Paint".
In some other cases the two items overlap.
Otherwise, it can also happen that everything looks as expected.

Please see the screen recording of all the steps above.

Comment 1 postix 2022-05-18 13:00:16 UTC
Please forget about the two screens above in the description, one screen is enough to trigger it, by using the filter and cleaning it again, to make a list item look broken.
