SUMMARY
The following message appears after applying the "deshake_opencl" filter to a movie: 
"[filter avfilter.deshake_opencl filter5] Cannot configure the filter graph"


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a clip to the project, insert it to the timeline
2. Select the deshake_opencl effect
3. Apply it to the clip in the timeline

OBSERVED RESULT
[filter avfilter.deshake_opencl filter5] Cannot configure the filter graph
