Warning messages

In Acrobat - everyhting works as expected, with Okular 22.04 (on Windows - do not have a up to date Linux
version at hand), you do not even get the form - however you get some warnings displayed and a popup
notifying you that you have to use the lastest acrobat version.

In the PDF viewer integrate into Firefox, the form is properly displayed, but the dynamic
parts also do not work properly (e.g. conditional displaying of input fields).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open attached file

OBSERVED RESULT
1. Okular renders PDf as in the attachment "Warnings messages"

EXPECTED RESULT
PDF Form should be rendered as in Acrobat - All input fields (also the conditional ones should behave as in Acrobat).

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: Windows 10
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.93.0
Qt Version: Version 5.15.2 (built against 5.15.2)

Cannot be read in all poppler-based readers and Foxit PDF Reader for Linux as well. Sorry, no support for XFA forms.
