Discover is probably telling you the download size, not the final on-disk size.

Let's make sure we're only using a Bugzilla ticket to report one issue, not multiple issues. We can use this for the thing about the sizes not matching.

Can you please file a new bug report about the issue preventing you from using Discover to update?
