SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Kubuntu 22.04 KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.94.0 Qt Version: 5.15.3 Kernel Version: 5.15.0-30-generic (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 4 × Intel® Core™ i5-4300U CPU @ 1.90GHz Memory: 3.7 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® HD Graphics 4400 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Can reproduce. Changing the color scheme from either the menubar or the context menu results in BackgroundColorMode not being updated in the gwenviewrc file. Mine appears permanently stuck on `BackgroundColorMode=DocumentView::Neutral` Probably related to the UI overhaul that removed the background color chooser from the status bar. Noah, could you take a look?
In Gear 22.08 this isn't fixed.
Turnes out that you can choose a background color in Gwenview but that the option has moved to the "View" menu. In this menu there is the option that, for a short time, lived in the status bar of Gwenview. And it works too.
