SUMMARY
If one panel is not floating and one panel is floating, there will have a gap between task tooltips and the panel.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create an empty panel on the second screen, and make sure the new panel is on the same side as the old panel (e.g. both bottom).
2. Enable floating panel on the new panel
3. Hover on the tasks on the old panel (floating disabled)

OBSERVED RESULT
A gap is between the task tooltip and the old panel

EXPECTED RESULT
No gap

Hmm, I can't seem to reproduce this on Wayland with today's git master. Can you? If it's still reproducing on X11, I'm not sure it's worth fixing 😬
