Dolphin does not show the details tab on files from ntfs drives

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Check image properties on a file located in a ntfs drive

OBSERVED RESULT
details tab is missing

EXPECTED RESULT
details tab showing

Attempted fixes suggested from the thread:
• installing ntfs-3g
• adding big_writes,noatime,streams_interface=none to fstab entries
