Unknown protocoll: "timeline" when trying to open Last Modified on Windows

SUMMARY

When I try to open either Today or Yesterday modified files view from the side panel in Dolphin 22.04 on Windows 10 (installed from binary factory), I receive the error as below:

Creating of this KDE protocol was unsuccesful: Unknown Protocol: "Timeline".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Dolphin 22.04 on Windows 10 from binary factory.
2. Open Dolphin
3. Right-Click on either Modified Today or Modified Yesterday.
4. Click on open in New Tab

OBSERVED RESULT

Error "Creating of this KDE protocol was unsuccesful: Unknown Protocol: "Timeline"." is presented

EXPECTED RESULT

Dolphin should show files modified either today or yesterday (depending on what is clicked).

It is freshly installed Dolphin, so maybe it has something to do with the installation being so new?
