SUMMARY
In a 3 monitor setup, plasma mess up desktop configuration, widget and panel every time I login.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure the desktop putting panels and widget, settign desktop and background and so on..
2. Logout or reboot the computer
3. Login

OBSERVED RESULT
All panels are moved to the left monitor (the main monitor is the center one)
Background become the first image into the background directory
desktop layout is reverted to folderview

EXPECTED RESULT

The panel configuration is preserved as it was before login

The issue seems to show only on X11 doesn't show in Wayland. 
And may be correlated on how monitor connected to a Displayport Splitter are presented to XOrg.
Doesn't seem to show on X11 when no splitter is used.
