SUMMARY
When Firefox tries to open a folder ("Show in folder") when there is an active dolphin tab, Firefox will open a new dolphin tab but it wont pop-up and the user won't  be aware.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a folder with dolphin (assuming this is the default file manager)
2. Open Firefox and go to "Downloads" tab
3. Try to open the contain folder for whatever file was downloaded

OBSERVED RESULT
The folder will open but the user won't be aware of that, if the user already has open the folder where the file is located, dolphin only will highlight the desire file. 

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin will pop-up with the desire file highlighted

This requires that Firefox implement the xdg_activation_v1 protocol. You'll need to report this issue to them.
