Favorite effects not persisted

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On the Effect panel, right click on en affect (in my case Amplification), then Add to favorite
2. Check that the effect is actually in the favorites
3. Save the project
4. Restart kdenlive

OBSERVED RESULT
The effect is no more in the favorite effects

EXPECTED RESULT
The effect should always be in the favorite effects after a restart ?

My language is french.
I installed using the deb repo (NOT snap). Did not check with the snap distribution.
