SUMMARY

When Windows 10 hibernates and network interfaces could not be activated since Linux do not detect Wifi card and I restart computer to do normal shutdown on Windows 10, akregator loads about:blank tab instead of stored in session.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Windows 10 - shutdown it (or reboot) as normal users does
2. Run Linux and open akregator, if Wifi card was not detected
3. Restart system

OBSERVED RESULT
Akregator forbidden web pages it should access.

EXPECTED RESULT
Akregator loads web pages from last session.

What's the bug exactly? If the wiki card isn't detected, I suppose you have no network connection?
