I have three accounts, two gmail and one outlook, and three identities for each of these accounts. When I reply to an email in my gmail accounts, the correct identity (hence smtp account) is chosen. However, incorrectly the default identity is selected when replying to mail in my Outlook account. I therefore have to manually select the correct identity when replying to Outlook emails.
