Demo file.

This PDF also works in Acrobat, not in Firefox and not at all in Okular.
In Okular clicking on "block calculations" checkbox immeditely triggers a Javascript error box.

file can also be found here:
https://www.pdfscripting.com/public/Free-Sample-PDF-Files-with-scripts.cfm

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open attached PDF
2. click on "block calculations"
3. Immediately triggers javascript error box

OBSERVED RESULT
-> you get a javascript error box

EXPECTED RESULT
-> no error box -> dynamic PDF form can be used just like with acrobat.

works better than before (if you select a quantity and then an item you get at least a calculation), but you still get an error popup - tested with
Okular 25.04.3 and Poppler 24.06.0 (tested via Snap Installation)
