SUMMARY

Presentation of the entire desktop (Compositor) halts  while the mouse is not moving.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to a Wayland session
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Display shows black screen with mouse pointer. Nothing happens until the mouse is moved. The presentation rate of the compositor seems locked to available mouse input.

EXPECTED RESULT
Screen should update regardless of mouse input.

Update:

This appears to be fixed after installing Qt 5.15.4 (on Kubuntu 22.10 daily build with plasma 5.24.90 and nvidia 510.60.02). Awesome!
