Description bowfingermail 2022-05-04 14:28:34 UTC
SUMMARY
When "Leave running in tray when main window is closed" is selected in settings, Elisa does not restore from tray once closed. Clicking on the icon does not work either. Navigating the playlist is still possible, but modifying obviously not.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In Hamburger Menu -> Settings -> General: Tick "Leave running in tray when main window is closed"
2. Close Elisa's main window, observe tray icon.
3. Right-click on tray icon, select "Open" (maybe "Restore").

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens, the main window remains invisible.

EXPECTED RESULT
Main window should be opened.

Turns out this behaviour refers to the media tray function of Plasma. So, it may be Plasma-related.
The Elisa tray icon now shows and clicking on it restores Elisa. However, I've had situations where the Elisa tray icon simply won't show.
