STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to preferences
2. Global themes
3. try to install one

OBSERVED RESULT
Error on install themes

EXPECTED RESULT
You can chose the theme and use it

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 21.10
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.4

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This error happens on Kubuntu 22.04 and Kubuntu 21.10

Sorry but not only is 5.24 no longer supported, but this is also the wrong product to put this in.
