SUMMARY

Copy to Clipboard in English fails to remove some localization settings. RAM is still being formatted with user's locale.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set your system language&format to something non-english.
2. Open System Settings -> About page.
3. Press Copy to Clipboard in English
