Dolphin focus frame

Add an option to disable the highlight/focus frame of the Dolphin overview.
This option exists in the Kwrite text editor and probably in Kate, it would be great to have it in Dolphin.

This is fixed in Dolphin 24.04 with Plasma 6, which includes the new Breeze styling!
