SUMMARY
In plugging and plugging back in a left-handed mouse causes the buttons to switch to right-handed, and then cannot be changed back until a reboot


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch mouse settings to left-handed
2. unplug then replug the mouse

OBSERVED RESULT
the mouse has been switch back to right-handed and the settings no longer do anything

EXPECTED RESULT
the mouse buttons remain in left-handed mode
