preambula: i am has lenovo thinkcentre m75q and two monitor - one connected via dsub and other via hdmi.  time to time hdmi connected monitor has going black. switching the activity or virtual desktop several time helps to revive the monitor.
ambula: i come to work, turn on monitors and noticed that all windows placed on the first one while second is black. me swithed activity several times while monitor become usable and kwin crash message appear.

The crash can be reproduced sometimes.
