SUMMARY *** I select a portion of video to zoom. i work through the whole project and review no missing video and zoom works. save and reopen project again no issues with zoom in video. after rendering the portion of the video where the zoom effect is at the video is blank. the audio is still there without issues. this happens every single time. *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. add zoom effect to video 2. complete project 3. Render video OBSERVED RESULT No video so only a black screen is seen. Make sure Parallel Processing is off. Please try render with CPU.
Thanks for reaching out, I was playing around with rendering options and found a solution with forcing interlaced scanning. turning off Parallel processes did not solve the issue. not sure what you mean with rendering with CPU though.
Glad to hear it works. With CPU I meant don’t take a Hardware accelerated render setting to avoid that Kdenlive fall back to CPU while rendering effects. Effects can only be rendered with CPU, and parallel processing doesn't work with some effects.
