Do you see any cursors available for download if you go to System Settings > Appearance > Cursors > Get New Cursors... ?
(In reply to Nate Graham from comment #4) > Do you see any cursors available for download if you go to System Settings > > Appearance > Cursors > Get New Cursors... ? yes, it works; i should add that switching my language environment to english and then returning to default (portuguese) afterwards strangely solved this issue, an irc user gave me this tip to display the output in english for better debugging
Thanks. Does the issue come back if you switch back to Portuguese?
(In reply to Nate Graham from comment #6) > Thanks. Does the issue come back if you switch back to Portuguese? only after the next boot
Thanks. And when you're using Portuguese, is it still broken in System Settings > Appearance > Cursors > Get New Cursors... ?
(In reply to Nate Graham from comment #8) > Thanks. And when you're using Portuguese, is it still broken in System > Settings > Appearance > Cursors > Get New Cursors... ? no, it works flawlessly
Ok. But it's still broken in Discover?
(In reply to Nate Graham from comment #10) > Ok. But it's still broken in Discover? under those conditions, yes; i should also have mentioned that i got this error trying to get new icons in settings > appearence > icons > get new icons

Yeah, so like I thought, it's broken in both places. That means the issue is the same as Bug 451165, which was fixed in Frameworks 5.93. If Kubuntu shipped with Frameworks 5.92, they will need to either backport the patch, or upgrade to 5.93. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 451165 ***
