SUMMARY

Haruna's menu bar doesn't respect the "Fading Popups" option in the "Desktop Effect" system settings section.
I find fading menus annoying because the give me a sense of slowness, so I always disable that animation.

This is related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=436881 in some way.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable "Fading Popups" in "Desktop Effects".
2. Interact with Haruna's menu bar.

OBSERVED RESULT
See menu popups fading instead of appearing/disappearing immediately.

EXPECTED RESULT
Menu popups should appear o disappear immediately like in Dolphin, Gwenview, the desktop and the like.
