ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. What distro are you using?
2. What does `grep ColorScheme ~/.config/kdeglobals` say right after you change the color scheme in System Settings?
3. When does `grep ColorScheme ~/.config/kdeglobals` say right after you log in and the colors are wrong?

2. ColorScheme=BreezeClassic

Hmm, that's odd.

What Global Theme are you using? I wonder if it could be a side effect of the problems caused by Bug 450065. Does it reproduce if you first set your Global Theme to Breeze or Breeze Dark, and then change the color scheme to Breeze Classic?
