Same happened with me on Arch (dolphin 22.04.0 from Archlinux Packages).  It shows thumbnails for JPEG files, but not for PNG. Worked fine before update.

Can you go to Dolphin settings window > Previews > and make sure the thumbnails are enabled for these file types?

Yes, I checked and they are enabled for all those file types.
