SUMMARY

This started happen last week, before I upgraded to 5.0.5, I though updating Krita would make the issue go away but it didn't, and it even happens if I use the portable version or the installed one.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Select a new brush from docker

OBSERVED RESULT
1.  there is a delay of 5+ seconds till the new brush is actually highlighted and ready for use, the UI freezes and sometimes windows loading wheel shows.


EXPECTED RESULT

The old brush should be changed immediately without any delays.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: Windows 11
Krita 5.0.5

Note: could this be I have to many brush tips/ resources installed?

I forgot to mention, this also happens if I change brushes through the Wheel Palette.
